As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Master's level Organizational Leadership professional I bring both the clinical knowledge and the lived experience to guide you through what is actually happening in your body — and what to do about it. Through our partnership with Altro Health we now offer an integrated approach that goes beyond conversation. Altro Health connects you with lab testing, pharmacy services, and physician oversight — all accessible through your Tricky Royalty coaching relationship. This means we can look at your actual biomarkers, identify what your body needs at the cellular level, and build a coaching plan rooted in real data rather than guesswork. Your health is not a feeling. It is a measurable, manageable, improvable set of numbers — and now we have the tools to work with all of them. Whether you work with me one-on-one or inside one of our group programs, you will leave with clarity about your body, a plan that fits your real life, and someone genuinely qualified to walk this journey beside you. Tricky Royalty Policies Effective: February 2026 Cancellation & Rescheduling Individual Sessions: 24-hour notice required. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session. No-shows charged in full. One free reschedule allowed with 24-hour notice (rebook within 30 days). Emergency exceptions considered case-by-case. Group Calls: Cannot be rescheduled individually. Recordings available within 24 hours. Workshops: 7+ days = full refund/credit; 3-7 days = 50% refund/full credit; <3 days = credit only. Payment & Billing Accepted: Credit/debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal. Payment plans available for packages over $500. Packages: Payment due at booking. Sessions expire in 6 months, non-transferable. Membership ($99/month): Billed monthly on same date. Failed payments suspend access after 3 days ($15 fee applies). Refunds Sessions: Available up to 48 hours before appointment ($5 processing fee, 5-7 business days). Packages: Refundable within 30 days if unused. After 30 days, non-refundable but transferable to other services. Membership: 7-day money-back guarantee for new members. Monthly: cancel anytime, no current-month refund. Quarterly/Annual: unused months refunded minus $50 fee (first 30 days only). Membership Terms Billing: Auto-renews monthly. Cancel 3+ days before billing to avoid next charge. Pause: Up to 3 months/year. Founding Members: Lifetime rate locked as long as membership stays active. Payment Options: Quarterly $270 (save $90), Annual $999 (save $189).
