Restorative Life Coaching
You were never meant to do this alone. And now you don't have to.
Description du service
Most women spend their lives managing everyone else's health while quietly neglecting their own. They know something is off but can't name it. They've been told their labs are "normal" while feeling anything but. They're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix — and they've been carrying it so long they've started to believe this is just what getting older feels like. It's not. And you deserve more than that. Restorative Life Coaching at Tricky Royalty Guided Wellness is a private, one-on-one coaching experience designed for the woman who is juggling medications, managing chronic conditions, navigating perimenopause or menopause, and still showing up for everyone else — all while wondering why she still doesn't feel well even though she's doing "everything right." You may be working with multiple doctors who don't talk to each other. You may have a stack of diagnoses but no real plan. You may be on five medications and still feel like something is missing. I see you — and I know how to help you connect the dots. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Master's-level Organizational Leadership professional, I bring both the clinical knowledge and the lived experience to sit with you, understand your full picture, and help you build a wellness strategy that actually fits your body, your history, and your life. Through our partnership with Altro Health, we go beyond conversation. Altro Health gives us access to comprehensive lab testing, pharmacy services, and physician oversight — right inside your coaching relationship. That means we can look at your actual biomarkers, identify what your body needs at the cellular level, and build a plan rooted in real data. Your hormones. Your thyroid. Your inflammation markers. Your nutrients. All of it — in context, with someone who will actually explain it to you. This is your time. One-on-one. No rushing, no generic advice, no being dismissed. Just you, your body, and a plan built specifically for where you are right now. This is not wellness as a trend. This is restoration as a practice. Built for the long game. Built for you. 💜
