TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. VENDOR FEE
- The vendor fee for participation in the Spring Woo Woo Market is $65.00 l (entry fee for 2 included).
- Payment is due upon submission of this agreement.
2. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
- Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Vendor fees are TRANSFERABLE to another vendor with written notice to Sozo Healing House at least 7 days prior to the event.
- In the event the Spring Woo Woo Market is canceled by Sozo Healing House, all vendor fees will be fully refunded.
3. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
- This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.
- The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless canceled by the host.
- Vendors are responsible for protecting their merchandise and booth setup from weather elements.
4. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendors must arrive by 10:30 AM for setup.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and display materials.
- Vendors must maintain their space in a clean and organized manner.
- Vendors must remain at their booth for the duration of the event (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
- Vendors are responsible for their own sales, taxes, and business licenses as required by law.
5. LIABILITY
- Vendors participate at their own risk.
- Sozo Healing House is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vendor merchandise or property.
- Vendors are encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance.
6. CONDUCT
- Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Sozo Healing House reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates this agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior.
